Job Description: Joining us as Head of Business Readiness & Governance Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this senior role owns how enterprise change is governed, assured and adopted. You’ll receive a competitive salary, a car allowance, and a performance related bonus. You’ll partner closely with ExCo and senior leaders to set clear guardrails for change, providing independent oversight of readiness, people risk and value protection. The role requires confidence, judgement and credibility at the highest levels.
