Must be a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) This is a full-time telework role. Working schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours, including 2 evening shifts per week from 11:30am-8pm CST. Rotating Saturdays may be required about once per quarter following training. Work day consists of scheduled member appointments and member outreach. Position Summary: In this position the focus is on educating members with diabetes and other conditions as well as providing resources to the members.
