** $750 Sign On Bonus ** JOB SUMMARY: The position of the lead bartender is to ensure that the bar team provides an excellent guest experience through outstanding customer service, specialty cocktail development, and making recommendations regarding local craft beers and wines offered. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop specialty cocktail programs for all of food and beverage. - Train the staff on the proper way to mix cocktails and provide ongoing support. - Oversee the overall quality control of all cocktail recipes. - Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. - Interact with bar customers, take orders and serve food and drinks. - Assess customers’ needs, as well as preferences, and make recommendations. - Check customers’ identification and confirm they meet legal drinking age. - Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. - Check in with customers to ensure overall satisfaction. - Receive and replenish bar inventory and supplies, as needed. - Participate in monthly inventory, as needed, and determine adequate par levels. - Embody a strong and efficient work ethic, including, but not limited to ensuring the clean...
