Overview Clinician - In-Home Therapy Pay: $65,000 Annually; additional 5K annually if bilingual in eligible languages or if independently licensed Payment for this role is based on an hourly rate, not tied to a fee-for-service schedule. In this role, you’ll work directly with children, adolescents (ages 0–21), and their families in home and community settings—helping to stabilize environments, strengthen relationships, and build skills for long-term success using trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practices .
