Finance Systems Development Lead

Overview We are seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented Finance Systems Development lead to support and scale our financial planning infrastructure. This role will be responsible for doing financial modeling development and administering our FP&A platform (currently Fintastic), maintaining integrations and data pipelines into the FP&A systems, and supporting key financial and headcount management tools. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling knowledge with hands-on systems and data expertise Key Responsibilities: - FP&A Platform Ownership (Primary Focus) - Develop, administer, and optimize our FP&A platform to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and financial reporting - Design and maintain financial models, including building formulas, workflows, and system configurations - Support potential system transitions including implementation, data migration, and optimization - Financial & Workforce Systems Administration - Provide administrative and integration support for our Headcount management platform and our Accounting & Financial close automation platform - Partner with Finance and People teams to ensure accurate headcount tracking and financia...
