TITLE: Quality Control Technician for Manufacturing POSITION OBJECTIVE: Paper packaging manufacturer in Coppell is seeking a Quality Technician to check and monitor all the product flow throughout the plant to ensure compliance with company standards. QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. - Minimum of 2-5 years of quality control and/or production experience. - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to comprehend work instructions and company policies. - Excellent organizational skills. - Ability to problem-solve. - Flexibility and teamwork are essential. - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
