Job Description: Responsible for the complete deconstruction and reconstruction of property furnishings, as required, and on a timely basis as well as maintaining the materials needed for this activity. - Examine furniture frames, upholstery, springs, and webbing to locate defects. - Tear down of property furniture to prepare for refinishing. - Determine best way to reconstruct property furnishings to include evaluation of need to cut, sew, staple, use adhesives, etc. and the selection of appropriate fabrics as dictated by clean ability, use, and function. - On a case-by-case basis, recognize design flaws, taking into consideration customer safety, wear ab...
