Director Clinical Quality and Patient Safety

Job description

As the Director for Clinical Quality and Patient Safety team, you will direct a team of associates responsible for delivering value for our federal client through aligning methodologies to measure, evaluate and improve quality and safety across the enterprise, in partnership with clinical and patient safety leadership teams across multiple organizations both internal and externally. You will be accountable for highly complex, multi-site client quality and patient safety programs as well as working with client for mitigation and resolution strategies for risks proactively. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute client and methodology vision, objectives, and strategy. You will develop and maintain a coordinated approach to safety programs, assisting the client in the management of adverse events with analysis, intervention, identification of systemic issues, and widespread communications of key learnings.
