Overview: This position operates simple machinery for production parts and basic fabrication tasks within assigned area under close supervision. Works with clearly defined, established instructions and support from the Unit Specialist or trainer. The position is responsible for set-up and operation of secondary machinery and polish equipment. This is the entry level position for machining. QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Operates machines and tools with a trainer while using required personal protective equipment (PPE).
