Job DetailsJob Location: Mechanicsburg - Mechanicsburg, PA 17055Position Type: Full TimePOSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the daily warranty administration support for designated region within Equipment Depot, identified by the Warranty Administration Supervisor. The Warranty Administrator works directly with technicians and service managers in order to provide all of the necessary information needed to ensure highest recovery rates possible during warranty submission process. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented strong communicator, with a passion for problem resolution and thorough submissions. The Warranty Administrator role requires the ability to consistently meet vendor warranty claim deadlines, as the success of the process relies on timely and accurate submissions to maximize recovery rates.
