Duties: - Interpret solicitation and sources sought requirements; determine and document structure and format of artifacts to be developed (aka Production Outline); plan schedule for solutioning, storyboard activities, writing, pens down, team progress tag-ups, and color team reviews; and assist in identifying resources (authors, reviewers, graphics) required to prepare responses. - Lead Proposal Kickoffs communicating the requirements, evaluation criteria, resource needs, schedule and potential risks and issues to functional leads and executive leadership. - As required, lead Author Kickoffs communicating the requirements, evaluation criteria, resource needs, schedule and potential risks and issues to Book Bosses and Authors (...
