Position Details : Full Time -Nights - Robert Packer Hospital – Labor and Delivery unit Department Details : The Labor and Delivery unit is a t welve bed Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Post-partum (LDRP) unit that delivers 650-700 babies annually, specializing in the care of both normal and complicated pregnancy. Our nurse’s function in multiple roles as a labor and delivery nurse, circulator, scrub nurse, newborn nurse, triage nurse, and recovery nurse. As a nurse on LDRP, you support women through some of the most important moments of their life. Position Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care environment. Accountable for the delivery of coordinated, safe, compassionate, therapeutic, evidence-based quality care to patients and families, based on individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan.
