Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. - 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects. - Experience in designing and building new operational functions, in a regional, matrixed environment. - Experience working in North and South America, with an understanding of its multi-language and multi-cultural workforce. - Excellent business and financial acumen, with experience managing Operating Expenditure/Capital Expenditure budgets and workforce models. - Ability to travel 20% of the time as needed.
