The position of Administrative Coordinator for Faith Formation and Evangelization is an important role because it requires high-level organizational skills, flexibility and effective engagement with parents as well as children. There is something special going on at St. Ignatius of Loyola in Ijamsville, MD! Essential Functions: Faith Formation - Serves as Registrar for all Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparations programs. Responsible for sacramental entries in Parish Archival Record Books and input into Ministry Platform data base and reporting to the Church of Baptism all sacraments made at St. Ignatius. - Procures curriculum for Faith Formation year and supplies as needed throughout the liturgical year including teaching materials (Gospel Weeklies, Family Life, Confirmation and Reconciliation/First Eucharist). - Prepares informational packets to include orientation, sacramental preparation for both Faith...
