This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Troubadour Golf & Field Club, set outside of Nashville, Tennessee. Troubadour Golf & Field Club is seeking a Youth and Family Programming Instructor to join the Outdoor Pursuits Department. ***Full-time hourly role. Starting pay $17.00 per hour.*** Key Responsibilities: - Leading / instructing individuals or groups in various activities (obstacle course, inflatables, crafts, hikes, etc.). - Cleaning, maintaining, and preparing equipment (crafts, etc.). - Overall supervision of youth planned activities with the aim of providing a healthy, safe, and memorable experience. - Execute day-to-day activities for youth. - Facilitate all youth programming in Kids Camp - Cleaning and organizing the space - Restocking Comfort Stations - Facilitating games and activities - Conversing with parents/membership - Supervising Children - Kids Camp - Field Games - Team Building Challenges - Arts & Crafts - Facilitating activities - Supervising Children - Event Day Help will be required.
