About the Role: The Sommelier’s primary concentration will be at the Brookhaven facility, while also having the opportunity to support and collaborate at the City Club and Crabapple locations in partnership with the Wine Director. As a Sommelier, you will be the on-site wine specialist, upholding Capital City Club’s service standards while providing operational support across the dining rooms/outlets. You’ll have the opportunity to be mentored by the Wine Director and be involved in creating an impressive selection of wines that elevate every dining experience.
