Job description

The Critical Facility Technician II (HVAC) supports the operation and maintenance of mission-critical mechanical systems within a data center environment. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and supporting senior technicians to ensure reliable facility operations and uptime. Military Occupational Specialty Code: 91E, 91C, EM, HT, MK, DC, 1161, 1341, 3E1X1 - HVAC systems (AHUs, CRACs, DX units, basic chiller exposure) - Pumps, motors, VFDs, and controls - Building systems (BAS/BMS) - Exposure to critical infrastructure (UPS, generators, electrical systems) - Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on HVAC and mechanical systems - Assist with troubleshooting and corrective maintenance under guidance of senior technicians - Monitor facility systems and respond to alarms and work orders - Conduct routine walkthroughs (temperature, humidity,...
