Overview Selux is seeking a highly motivated and successful Regional Sales Manager for our Eastern Region to be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and increasing market share across the region. Salary range : $120,000 - $160,000 plus commission Full Benefits package - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, 401k match Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Strategy: - Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets and company objectives for the assigned territory. - Identify and prioritize key accounts and sales opportunities to expand market share in the region. - Conduct frequent sales presentations. - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and messaging for the region. Working closely with agents to drive sales growth.
