Position Summary: Concordia University Wisconsin is seeking applications for a Counselor in the Department of Counseling and Health Services. This is a full-time (40 hrs./week), exempt position located on the Mequon Campus. The position reports directly to the Director of Counseling and Health Services and through the Assistant to the Vice President of Student Success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate training and experience in trauma-informed care, neurodiversity-affirming practices, and crisis response, along with a strong interest in and understanding of the residential college student population.
