Description The Recruitment & Engagement Specialist is responsible for managing job postings and coordinating job fairs while providing direct support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. This role partners closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO) to support workforce data tracking, administer staff engagement surveys, and develop reports that inform talent, engagement, and HR planning. The position plays a key role in strengthening recruitment efforts, improving the hiring experience, and supporting data-driven people decisions across the agencies.
