Content and AI Compliance Senior Program Manager

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting. - Experience building compliance programs from the ground up. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Law, Business, Compliance, or a similar field. - Experience identifying potential risks and developing innovative solutions. - Experience in influencing decision-making at all levels, including executive leadership. - Experience with compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, internal control frameworks, and compliance policies and frameworks. - Experience bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous situations, with excellent analytical skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, regulators, and external stakeholders.
