In this pivotal role, you will help guide students through their academic career, resolve student concerns, and ensure the highest standards of educational excellence are upheld across all programs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of our institution. Responsibilities: Student Retention and Satisfaction - Completion - All programs exceed the minimum accreditation (NACCAS 50 % or COE 60%) benchmark completion annually. - Exam Pass Rate (Licensure), as applicable – All programs exceed a minimum of 70% exam pass rate annually with 90% of graduates successfully passing exams. - Welcome to Milan Pre-Start Orientation - Conduct with enthusiasm, excitement, and passion, following the company guidelines. - New Student Orientation for Allied Health programs and Cosmetology/Barber programs. - Partner with Care...
