We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Building Maintenance Supervisor . What will you be doing most days? What are the requirements for this position? - Respond to guest requests in a timely manner and provide great guest service - Perform preventative maintenance duties and procedures as needed - Lead a team of Building Maintenance Tech I and II to complete tasks as assigned by the Computerized Maintenance Management System (QUORE). - Perform a variety of tasks assigned by the Assistant General Manager and General Manager. - Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects - Oversee all 3rd party outside contractors - Respond to emergency situations promptly - Always maintain a professional appearance - Complete other duties as assigned - You have Building Maintenance experience. Preferably in a hotel or multi-family properties. - You are currently managing at least one subordinate - You have proficient knowledge of hand tools and maintenance duties - You have time management capability to accomplish work within established parameters - You have a customer service focus and the ability anticipate guest needs Physical Requirements for this Pos...
