Job description

The Operations Leader is accountable for providing leadership and direction to Production Teams and Operations Shift Coordinators in order to meet business requirements for the efficient production of metal in a continuous improvement environment. Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Operations Leader is responsible to ensure a safe and productive environment. Responsibilities: Safety is our number one value. We will provide you with all the PPE and training you need to perform your job as safe as possible. This role has been designated as a safety sensitive position.
