Job description

A Strategic Collector has responsibility for the management of a specifically assigned AR portfolio. Responsibilities: - Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts - Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies independently. - Act as a representative of the company in handling complaints and disputes with both internal and external customers. - Provide consultation to management regarding assigned portfolio - Make decisions regarding collections and credit status of customers within assigned portfolio - Develop and recommend process and policy improvements to create efficiencies - Provide policy interpretation as needed to internal stakeholders - Act as a resource for a variety of requests for information pertaining to assigned portfolio Qualifications: education and/or experience: - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 2+ years’ experience preferred. knowledge, skills and abilities: - Ability to effectivity present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public - Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) - Ability to identify...
