The Role: We are seeking a Production and Flow Logistics Lead to support the effective manufacturing flow within the workshop, ensuring parts are available in a timely manner to achieve the manufacturing plan. Key Responsibilities: - The role will require a proactive hands-on approach spending 50% of your time on the shop floor and manufacturing areas gathering information and encouraging a pull/ push system. - Supervise a small, dedicated team to achieve role specific actions. - Ensure databases and updates are real-time so that the production schedule represents reality or as near to it as physically possible. - Manage the availability and maintenance of appropriate packaging for the safe transportation whilst maintaining a damage-free environment. - Ensure parts are fully trackable within the manufacturing environment and visual to the production control tracking database. - Ensure efficient Material/ Parts flow through manufacturing, in line with product...
