Job Description: Responsible for the origination of LIHTC investments that will support the development of affordable housing/community and economic development projects across the country. Builds and actively maintains relationships with project sponsors, consultants, community stakeholders, lenders and other industry partners. Sources, structures, negotiates, and transitions LIHTC equity investments to meet Impact Finance’s production goals.
