Construction Intern

Job description

The Construction Intern will support the successful execution of pipeline and facility construction projects by assisting with project documentation, construction coordination, and day-to-day administrative support. This role works closely with Construction Managers, Project Managers, third-party inspectors, and contractors to help ensure projects stay organized, compliant, and on schedule. Qualifications: - Assist third-party inspection teams with verifying that all required project documentation and paperwork have been properly uploaded and maintained within project job books. - Coordinate regularly with Construction Managers and Project Managers regarding project status, schedules, milestones, and overall progress. - Support Construction Managers with daily operational and administrative tasks necessary to help move projects forward efficiently. - Review project documents, drawings, and construction packages to ensure alignment with WhiteWater Midstream expectations, standards, and project requirements. - Maintain organized project records and assist with tracking outstanding documentation and action items. - Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and inspectors to help f...
