Description Hop Shops , a division of Valor Oil , is looking for a Facilities Associate to ensure that the Hop Shop and grounds stay tidy and operational. Pay: $14.50 hourly: Schedule: 1st shift: Location: Florence, KY area: Responsibilities: Exterior Grounds Maintenance: Maintain a clean and professional curb appeal by cleaning parking lots, pressure washing pump pads and sidewalks, and performing landscaping tasks like weeding and mulching. Safety & Environmental Compliance: Ensure a safe environment for customers by promptly identifying and treating fuel or oil spills with absorbent materials and maintaining high sanitation standards for all exterior equipment. Fuel Station & Pump Care: Execute specialized cleaning of fuel pumps and nozzles using degreasers, while managing the consistent replenishment of customer amenities like windshield washer fluid and paper towels. Interior Facility Sanitation: Uphold strict cleanliness standards for the store interior, including deep cleaning restrooms, sanitizing cooler doors and windows, and keeping the back room organized for efficient operations.
