CASPA SERVICES LTD - POSITION VACANCY - Therapeutic Care Worker - Far North Coast ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking Therapeutic Care Worker's experienced in delivering trauma-informed therapeutic care to (Youth) children, young people and/or families to join CASPA's Therapeutic Residential Care Team on a casual basis, supporting the exciting expansion of services throughout Far North Coast area, from Casino to the border of NSW/QLD. This position requires passion and skills in providing activities, routines, and residential supports that nurture the development of emotional regulation, problem solving skills, and social competencies to inspire positive growth in the lives of children, young people, and families associated with CASPA's leading services. Skills that also assist with providing individuals with disability support is also well desired.
