The Buffalo Bills Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic individual to promote its 50/50 Raffle program at Buffalo Bills home games. This role involves supporting and growing the 50/50 Raffle initiative at each home game. Game Day Staff will educate and assist 50/50 volunteers throughout Highmark Stadium from prior to parking lots opening until the game ends, offering a great opportunity for those who thrive in a game day atmosphere. Primary Responsibilities: - Represent the Buffalo Bills and the Buffalo Bills Foundation positively and professionally, delivering exceptional customer service to volunteers and fans. - Arrive at Highmark Stadium up to two (2) hours before parking lots open on game day (arrival time may vary) - Engage, motivate and assist 50/50 volunteers in selling 50/50 Raffle tickets either at assigned kiosks or while roaming designated areas. - Educate volunteers on the handheld devices used for distributing 50/50 raffle tickets - Communicate the details of the 50/50 raffle clearly (including draw times, winning number locations, and website information) - Address and resolve any troubleshooting issues, supply needs, location assignments, and equipment concerns....
