Also, the lead MA acts as a liaison between management and staff. Compensation Pay Range: $24.39 - $32.83 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Demonstrates competency and professional responsibility in the medical assistant role 2. Complies with personnel policies 3. Assist with weekly MA schedules, reorganize as needed on a daily basis for call outs 4. Assists in yearly evaluations (gives feedback, helps with chart reviews) 5. Precepts new employees 6. Review and explain new workflows to all MA staff (continue to monitor staff on newly implemented workflows/policies) 7. Bring issues, questions, or concerns to nursing supervisor 8.
