Min USD $16.00/Hr. Max: USD $24.75/Hr. Overview: Position Summary: Provides personal hygiene and supportive services to individuals in their home or facility the patient calls home under the direct supervision of a registered nurse/physical/occupational therapist following guidelines established by certification process. Education: High School diploma or GED Licensure/Certification/Registry: Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of prior Certified Nursing Assistant experience in an acute setting or skilled nursing facility preferred. - Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Illinois. - CPR Certification required - Must possess valid Illinois drivers license and must be deemed as an acceptable driver in accordance with the MHS Fleet Safety Policy (five year MVR will be required).
