Title: Director of Web and Enterprise Applications Institution: Volunteer State Community College: Job Summary: This position will direct and supervise programming support and administration for the college’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and 3rd party connected applications systems ensuring users can complete their work in a timely and efficient manner. The incumbent will oversee communications, planning, implementation and project management for these systems and applications and manage staff for both ERP applications support and web development. Job Duties: Provide guidance and recommendations to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for data and information security as it relates to ERP and 3rd party systems and applications. Direct and supervise staff by providing goals and direction. Organize and assign ERP, connected systems, and web administrative tasks, ensure project-related tasks are completed on time. Design, write, modify and/or implement in-house and vendor-supplied application systems and programs using standard programming, query, and scripting languages.
