Job Description: HR Officer (Operations) DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Role Intro: HCM Business Advisory supports HR strategies and initiatives across the bank. It is also a key enabler of effective delivery of the banks HR strategy through the provision of expert knowledge and support on HR policies, programmes, processes, people strategy and ensures consistent application of HR best practice.
