Job Duties: - Under general supervision, participates in analysis, modification and design for multiple products and/or projects of greater complexity which requires proficiency in the application of standard materials and components. - Develop CAD models and drawings in SolidWorks to support tooling and fixture needs for the Production shop and other departments - Design and implement automated electro-mechanical setups to enhance efficiency in Production and other departments. - Perform comprehensive reviews of BOMs, setup requirements, tooling, procedures, and routers for first-time build parts. - Lead HSE & continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction across all manufacturing departments - Participate in design review meetings with the Engineering/Design team - Develops test procedures, co...
