Your Role: The Manager SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting is responsible for the day-to-day financial reporting process, including the timely and accurate preparation of SEC filings. In addition, the Manager provides technical accounting guidance to ensure conformity with GAAP/SEC/IFRS guidance as well as established faraday policies. Reporting to the Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting, the Manager helps present financial information for SEC filings, potential investors, creditors and other users to allow them to make informed business decisions.
