Job Summary: Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Available shifts: - Grave shift- 7:00PM- 3:00AM Duties/Responsibilities: - No Supervisory responsibilities - Sets the room for service, properly detailing all table accompaniments. - Assist host in seating guest at beginning of shift and as needed. - Acknowledges and greets guests by name when possible and develops a rapport with guests. - Takes guest orders completely and accurately, making suggestions, using suggestive selling techniques to create a balanced meal. - Describes dinner features as needed, including menu changes and daily additions. - Is knowledgeable and able to respond to all guest inquiries in an accurate and professional manner. - Accurately enters orders into the point of sale. - Ensures that tables are properly maintained at all times, and is consistently aware of progress of tables. - Responsible for delivering food and beverages to correct table and guest at appropriate time in the correct manner.
