Übersicht: The Warehouse Operation Manager is responsible for leading and managing the warehouse operational activities. This role combines operational oversight with people leadership — driving performance, process excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with national and international freight and customs & AEO regulations incl. Warehouse BR1 P/L accountability. He will field requests and initiate internal issue resolution. If required he will work closely with respective Operational Centers (global/regional) and key stakeholders to ensure alignment between customer expectations and AIT performance, reporting analysis and process management.
