About the Role We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead, train, and develop our plumbing service technicians with a strong focus on technician-generated leads (TGL) and turning service calls into revenue. This role is ideal for someone coming from an HVAC background who has experience training technicians, driving performance, and increasing sales through service. While this role is within plumbing, we are specifically looking for someone who understands how to build a strong service-to-sales culture and can apply proven HVAC training and lead-generation strategies to our growing team.
