Job Description: The Credit Strategy group is responsible for generating forecasts, trade ideas,​ and relative value calls for US corporate bonds and loans across public and private credit markets based on macroeconomic dynamics and top-down analysis. The team is highly visible across external clients (PMs, CIOs, hedge funds) and internal stakeholders (trading, banking, wealth mgmt), and offers the rare opportunity to be entrepreneurial within the context of sell-side research. The role requires a mix of traditional research skills such as analytical thinking, attention to detail, quality control, ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, along with an entrepreneurial mindset of being a self-starter, and thinking creatively. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as the role requires client dialog. The candidate should be comfortable with a variety of technical skills such as manipulating SQL databases, statistical modeling, and handling big data.
