Lead UX Designer

Job Description: Overview We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to support the UX team through designing and improving user experiences across Rogue’s ecommerce website, Rogue App, and other digital products. The Lead UX Designer translates customer insights and business goals into effective design solutions, and serves as a bridge between the UX team, the Creative Director, and business leadership, ensuring usability, consistency, and brand alignment across Rogue’s digital experiences. Responsibilities: Lead UX design initiatives across Rogue’s ecommerce website, Rogue App, and other digital products Collaborate with the Creative Director and other business leaders to create experiences that improve the user’s experience and achieve business goals Coordinate with design, development, and other teams to understand user behavior, pain points, and opportunities for functional improvements Guide the UX direction across multiple projects while supporting and mentoring members of the UX team Use user-insights, analytics, best practices, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience Translate research, business requirements, and customer needs...
