Position: Manufacturing Scheduler Reports To: Director of Scheduling and Planning Functional Area: Scheduling Department: Scheduling and Planning Position Description: The Manufacturing Plant Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the production schedules for a facility operation. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient use of plant capacity, materials, and labor to meet customer delivery deadlines. The scheduler will coordinate closely with production, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, and quality teams to ensure accurate and realistic production plans that align with business objectives. A strong focus will be placed on resource planning, schedule adherence, communication, and continuous improvement in scheduling processes. Job Responsibilities: Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules. Align production plans with sales orders, material availability, and workforce capacity.
