Position Overview: The Logistics Operator II is responsible for preparing and loading products for the installation crews based on daily schedules. This role is tasked with pulling product to match order manifests and ensuring that all loads are accurate and complete. Handling of product may require manual lifting and/or using equipment and must be securely loaded on trucks and trailers. All employees are tasks with maintaining and clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities: Read and understand order paperwork to correctly identify manifest contents Scan all products as it enters assigned department to maintain accurate inventory Complete require paperwork after loading trailers including verification of load for each trailer Double check each load is safely and properly secured following a ‘360 Walk Around’ of each load for safe distribution Exercise the company’s safety guidelines and follow all PPE protocols Properly lift, handle, and carry product; asking for help when needed to ensure safe lifting techniques Maintain an organized, clean, and safe environment Complete forklift prechecks and operates a forklift when needed Perform forklift, company vehicle and trailer pre...
