About this role The Delivery Governance Leader – Digital is accountable for defining, operating , and continuously evolving the enterprise - wide delivery governance model for Digital initiatives, while also serving as the Global SOX Coordination Lead for Digital and Technology delivery. This role ensures that digital programs, products, strategic initiatives (AI Roadmap, Build & Run etc.) and platforms are delivered predictably, efficiently, and in alignment with business strategy—while maintaining strong controls over scope, cost, timelines, quality, and risk. As the single point of accountability for Digital delivery governance, SOX program execution and CCM (Change Control Management), this role acts as a strategic bridge between strategy, execution, and assurance. It enables consistent, scalable delivery across the EDPS and Digital organization, while ensuring compliance with SOX controls through close partnership with Internal Audit leadership (Director level and above), PwC, Cyber Security Team and application owners across a global portfolio of 600+ applications.
