We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Resource Coordinator to join our community-based Adult Behavioral Health team in Carlisle, PA . Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm: Earn $20/hour or $22/hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay, plus mileage reimbursement Position Details: The Mental Health Resource Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the mental health of individuals in Cumberland and Perry Counties . They coordinate resources and services, support families, and tailor care to each individual's unique situation. Their work focuses on harnessing individual strengths, connecting with community resources, and promoting stability. While operating independently, they are backed by a dedicated team, all within a dynamic community program. The case manager actively engages with consumers and in the home or community setting .
