Description Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore, managed by StepStone Hospitality, is seeking a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to hotel guests while maintaining high hospitality and cleanliness standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently - Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions - Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience - Prepare and reset tables in accordance with brand standards - Maintain cleanliness of dining room, lounge, and service stations - Process guest payments accurately using POS systems - Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations - Assist with banquet functions and special events as needed - Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel team members Qualifications: - Previous restaurant or hotel serving experience preferred - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced enviro...
