QUALIFICATIONS: - Master’s Degree in Social Work required. - Active LCSW license in the State of Nevada is required. - Minimum of 5 years of clinical or social services leadership experience. - Proven experience building clinical programs, billing structures, and documentation systems. - Familiarity with Medicaid, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), & behavioral health service codes. - Well developed knowledge of HIPAA restrictions and requirements with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality as mandated by HIPAA regulation(s). - Strong administrative and leadership skills with the ability to build new systems and infrastructure. - Excellent knowledge of and ability to use current Microsoft software computer programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Publisher,...
