HIRING A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER IN DALLAS: DBR is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Dallas for the Healthcare team. This role oversees project execution and profitability, ensuring high-quality work, excellent client service, effective staff utilization, contract management, billing, and business development. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Responsible for the financial management of the practice, including tracking profitability, generating and following up on invoices, managing Accounts Receivables (AR) with corporate leadership, and maintaining team billability. - Manage and supervise electrical, mechanical and plumbing design production teams, including conducting performance reviews and fostering professional growth. - Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and scheduling, while identifying when change orders need to be executed. - Serve as the primary point of communication for owners, clients, and consultant contractors, representing DBR's interests and technical expertise. - Directly report out on budget, scope, and schedule performance to the Healthcare Practice Leader. - Oversee all phases of projects, including both the design and construction administratio...
