Job Description Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to our AI Acceleration strategy and broader Power Product Group technology roadmap. This role is designed for a seasoned program leader who thrives in highly matrixed environments, brings strong execution discipline, and is comfortable partnering with — and influencing — Director, Senior Director, and Vice President–level leaders. This role will be responsible for orchestrating multiple parallel workstreams, developing integrated execution plans, driving accountability, proactively managing risk, and ensuring strict adherence to schedule and on-time delivery of strategic objectives.
